C-score

This on-line tool allows to calculate the C-score and B-score for a given set of communities in a network.

Upload two files containing respectively the information about the network topology (i.e., a two columns text file with a list of edges) and the list of communities (i.e., a text file with multiple lines, where each line reports the indices of nodes within a community) for which you want to calculate the statistical scores. Have a look to the sample files in order to understand how to correctly format your data for our on-line tool: sample network file and sample community file.

This on-line tool has limited features. You may only upload files smaller than 1Mb. If you have larger files and want to evaluate their statistical significance, you should download the source code (compilation requires GSL).
